[Chapter S: Synopsis of 2011-2013)

Capitalism's "economy" rules most nations on earth.

But not the will-driven "Rechoru".

The people of Rechoru are building small cities around many continents, and it's proceeding quickly according to plan!

It is year 2013. Raîn takes a moment to relish the previous years...

In 2012 she was supposed to graduate, like any normal, high-intelligent, school girl.

But in 2011 she fled the Japanese university, where she currently studied in Kyoto, together with many other civilians. She was not able to complete her studies. And even if there was nothing more for her to learn there, she had her sights to take graduation with the highest grades. She meant to impress families all over Japan, and finally the whole earth. But she reckons, in the beckoning of natural disasters combined, she should not waste any time and wait for other humans approval of her project. It needs to happen now.

She took a boat off Japan shortly after Fukushima, headed for China. She brought, or rather, they, her friends, brought her with to the boat instead of the traffic jammed airplanes.

During the rest of 2011, Raîn, Mimja, Firine and Rokata, traveled around the planet to find suitable and less polluted locations to live. They've split ways and divided in groups to travel around all corners of the planet, but with intact internet contact.
They've not find many nations as inspiring nor multicultural as their home. However they now could experience the full extent of the various cultures.

European's ancient Latin, Scandinavians clean structure, Britain - the west island geographically remindant of Japan. Inspired and influenced by this and more, Raîn and the others are about to start a project, made possible with the superior technology they had time to develop, even if not fully, during homestay.

In 2012 they all gathered together in Russia, to search for a sacred location that no random human would stumble upon, nor have meaning to someone.

Mimja and Firine were the bodyguards and wore a armour that was in-development, called "Meshal Suits" for protection on cold and eventual enemy guests. While they all drove around Russia, avoiding attention.

They finally did found a place in the north-? of Russia, the group secured it. And after a good 24 hours of speculating, it's decided.
Raîn took out the fold-up structures from her van and started designing a city. The structures were imbued with nanotech mechanics to self-build.

The project of making this city was named "Rechorussia", as was the city itself to be named after a while, and it had now started progress!  

As the city "Rechorussia" self-builds under their maintenance, Raîn, Mimja, Firine and Rokata discuss more places to expand to and think of classified locations in, South-America and the East-Orientals.
There too they will undergo the Rechoru's invisible construction...



Meanwhile...



The Peacemakers are another organization full of unfolding plans and secret high-technology.
Founded by the lead and front man in battle, Ichineveris, the Peacemakers organization is seen as savage, by the few that even knows about them.
Their tactics is made on the battlefield, if necessity ever emerges. Though the greatsword dual wielder, Sisteneveris, tends to make tactics unnecessary aswell as futile for enemies.

Ichineveris and Sisteneveris are the image and leaders of this organization. Even if they happen to be brother and sister, their past is secluded. They were split up for different roads in young age, but that is all they know about it.

But they treat eachother with no family ties, just professional cold. However, even if what or who made them meet up so conveniently is a mystery to them, they are proud to make peace and exists in the present, looking intensely forward unto the, unfortunately invisible, nuclear-bright dawn of future.

And so does their Solediers. They are the private army of the Peacemakers and mainly consists of mercenaries who has no other job. Money is not their reward. However when they see that Ichineveris is serious about the mission these mercenaries instantly straighten up and take their job seriously. Most of them become loyal for the shelter they are provided. Even more loyalty applies to the male Solediers that have had a private moment with Sisteneveris.

Ichineveris and Sisteneveris tries to remember further... But they only come to think about previous events.
During 2011 Ichineveris was still part of an open society. However with a artificial dollface, constructed by his then current home doctors, to hide his unique mutated appearance. He grew more and more tired of the community due to the nuclear reactors continously being built instead of cancelled.

If it had been up to him and thousands of other mutate-borns, he'd cancel their development instantly, aswell as the creations of nuclear weapons. The sarcastic hate that has built inside him makes for a portion of deadly rightousness. Humans will understand him if they turn the same... Or their cells falter trying.

Sisteneveris and Ichineveris remembers clearly that they met again, consciously, in the beginning of 2012. Ichineveris needed someone to talk for him, as his voice evolved into a distorted state once he'd left his home and doctor visits.

During 2012 he, with Sisteneveris speech, convinced a group of three of scientists to work for them, undercover without knowledge from the school.

These innovative scientists were from the nuclear disaster stricken country of Japan. Students in a Tokyo university to be more precise. These scientists, under the title of "student" were working with military grade equipment, but using them inside things like candy machines and other sci-fi stuff.

These traits would have no use for the de-militarized Japan. Which is why they hid those functions in their devices. Not to mention the uproar teachers would have if they found out. So when Ichineveris and Sisteneveris found these possible allies, and they heard of his ambitions.. They were excited, to the least. Finally it seems their studies would have merit and use, not just to fall into the hands of the American Military that on occassion collects schematics made by Japanese students for various devices.

Ichineveris and Sisteneveris finally convinced the scientists not just to bestow their technology to the Peacemakers, but to follow them to the East-Oriental Base just west across the sea.
Even if he did not intend to look as a martyr, he simply demonstrated what radioactivity have, and is doing, to his body. As he slightly pulled away a brink of his clothes to show the skin, the scientists were more of fascinated by Ichineveris blue skin. But then Ichineveris switly took off his mask and showed them his stare of malice. His mouth looked more like a pair of scissors at first glance. His eyes red. Due to it they all realize it's time for humanity to wake up before it dehumanizes them and everyone else.
They also admire that a human that looks like a demon actually had the courage to try and be social is there. If their admiration is met well is left to see...

One of the scientists, tagged as "Rikisha", followed Ichineveris to assess the Peacemaker settlement, Sisteneveris though got a little annoyed that out of the three scientists, the one that had to follow was the only girl!

Rikisha temporarily left the school, teachers and it's principals with the official excuse of a required field trip to gather materials. Her study group know what was happening though, and they establish radio contact with her before she gone with Ichineveris and Sisteneveris, to ensure her safety and the Peacemakers trust.

The Peacemakers offensive technology is now bound to become better than any Armies, even if not as quantital to begin with...
