An normal innocent citizen, named Patrique, walks around Seaport, looking at the delicious market and what it has to offer. He talks to a salesman and buys some food. He walks around the Seaport to find a place to picknick and eat.
He sits on the roof as all other areas are crowded,
but he also wants a good view of the water.
Holding his picknick knife in the right hand (parody on the name as it is called knife and not dagger officially in-game) to cut his food. He's just about to take out the food out of his left pocket to start eating (some future food is like that, even if labeled "exotic"). But just before he gets to that, he spots an abonormality out on the sea!
There are waves crashing. But it soon stops. He becomes calm again. Bu then he notices a weird looking goon that somehow managed to jump up from the water, over the fence, and get to beneath to where big construction crane is.
It seems very fishy and Patrique is afraid that he / she (can't see what from that distance) might spot him and jump up to the roof, assuming his fears are correct and that goon can jump supernaturally. Patrique is uncertain what to do. But then the goon starts running towards the market, up the hill. When Patrique witnesses the running speed of this unknown goon he calls the police. One man answers tidily with a "What might we do today for you.".
-Patrique- I have spotted a stranger that seems to have jumped up from the water! What should i do? This is at Seaport, at the area which is under construction!
-? Police- Someone might just have used one of those jump enhancing gadgets and gone for a swim in the designated hydro clean swimming pool. Is that a possibility?
-Patrique- Yes... Maybe. But! He is running super fast towards the market! Can a gadget do that to someone too?
-? Police- Yes there are such gadgets but to actually use such gadgets for a small thing as running to a market seems... fishy.
- Patrique- My thoughts exactly!... Fishy...
-? Police- I am sending a Scout unit over there to perimeter the area. I suggest you just keep calm though. I am sending you my node intel in case you need a direct line with me on this specific matter again. (Modern software that send certain contact information to anothers device)
-Patrique- Okay police officer.. uhhm, Dane! Thanks!

During this conversation, the goon had heard Patrique talking, turned from the market to sneak up the roofview. Now, standing there, looking at Patrique... Patrique notices nothing and proceeds to try and eat. Just as he once again tries to reach for his pocket, the monster looking guy plants a proximity mine silently next to Patrique, then leaves the scene, running down to the market.
As of Police Protocol, even after a conversation ends, they still listen to activity through the device they've just been in contact to, in this case Patriques cellphone, and monitors a situation (if there seems to be an emergency) from there, for security reasons. Dane, the police, hears the explosion, expecting something horrifying. He instantly calls for reinforcements to assist the three personell squad he sent before.
The marketplace is full of public talking sounds and people standing looking at eachother, talking.
The ocean fury starts to rampage through the markets and interrupting peoples conversations here and there! At first he just seems annoying to everyone, running around. But that is because is he learning the location and sets up a route. Also, hin is not very used to land...
Then hin draws his throwing daggers and throws a dagger towards the food stall. Silence enters the area. Everyone stops talking, panic shortly thereafter ensues.
The civilians start to flee. A big mass runs up towards the roof that has a bridge connecting to the main building. But the goon just jumps up the bridge and cuts everyone. But before he gts to finish everyone off, the three police scouts use their Peashooters to impact and bounce the goon off of there.
Yes! The scout team enters the scene. This goons name is known only to the police.. This.. beast. He is known as "The Ocean Fury" within the police. Gender not confirmed but bulky enough to be referred to as "he" according to most in the the Police. (The name or look of this beast is not something civilians know. As no news report has said that name or shown footage to the publicus. Also, noone has ever managed to take a photo, not even the police in past encounters.)
These scout polices codenames are: Clore, Snipah and Fender.
The peashooters managed to shoot down Ocean Fury from the bridge but the civilians were too hurt to keep moving from there. Their tactics:
Clore and Fender moves to the garage on the right of their location. Snipah stays and now looks straight into the gaze of Ocean Fury. He reckons they will attempt to flank him. spar in CQC with the Ocean Fury, Fender to save the civilians. Snipah switches to the Tactical Auspex Element weapon to keep pressure and damage on Ocean Fury.
Fender and Clore starts to run towards Ocean Fury and the civilians. They each quickly put up a stun mine on the way, next to the truck that is parked there, as commended by Snipah. Ocean Fury doesn't notice as he is occupied with the rage attained when getting shot at by Snipah. When Ocean Fury notices that the two other polices are not near Snipah anymore, Ocean Fury rushes towards Snipah, but on the way he is trapped by the Stun Mines.
Meanwhile, Fender and Clore now heals and revive inject the civilians while putting them to safety.
Even while stunned by two mines, he throws a bunch of daggers towards Snipah, Snipah shoots back at the same time. Ocean Fury gets hit by 20 shots, that also repels the daggers on the way, but one.. It hits her belly, which is less armoured, and makes her fall.
The two other police scouts have just taken the civilians to safety inside the building and now rushes to aid Snipah. Noticing what had ensued. Ocean Fury laying on the ground, Snipah doing the same with a dagger stuck in the wall behind her. The dagger pierced her silently.
-Snipah- *groans* - Uhh. I got Ocean Fury. All hail.. me...
-Fender- Oh c'mon Snipah, is this going to make you full of yourself?
Fender applies a medical serum and heals Snipah.
-Snipah- Ah thanks guys. It's a good thing we polices aren't issued with Bolt-Action Rifles, ya know? Then all the daggers he threw wouldn't have been repelled by my barrage of shots... hahaha. ...though i would still have dodged them instead.. Ehem.
-Fender- Not sure what you mean, but i'll do when we look through the footage that your visor recorded. Must have been an awesome battle.

Script for a Blacklight Retribution machinima. At least some ideas if it seems too hard to do. Although i do have praktical ideas in my mind of how a team of players might make this into a machinima, trust me. 
A script i wrote, and i wonder, can this be followed by you actors who are going to do this or is this just interesting to read as a novel? Or neither? I do realize that this is kinda mixed up as if neither a script nor storytelling novel. Nevertheless, when text is between "(" and ")" it describes some extra details for actors. Not something that is often used in a novel i suppose.
